Pattie and Bill discuss what "life changing money" means to them. Pattie finally saw Barbie and has her take, which rolls into Bill's views on it's Oscar worthiness. Bill's three choices range from awful to excellent. Pattie's three reviews all end in, "...and the wackiness ensues"

Sam shared the trailer for Slotherhouse with Pattie. It will be in theaters August 30th.

Reviewed this week:

Barbie - in theaters now.  Bill reviewed it last week, Pattie gives her review this week.
Hollyblood - on Netflix.  A Spanish teen rom-com with vampires and it's absolutely hysterical. In Spanish, but there is an English dub track.
Nimona - on Netflix.  Animated film about acceptance and finding yourself. Star studded voice cast. A man about to be knighted in a futuristic medieval kingdom is framed for murder. A mischievous teen who happens to be a shapeshifter pairs up with him and the wackiness enues.
My Heart Puppy - on Viki.  Korean film about a man who tries to rehome his beloved golden retriever, Runi and the wackiness ensues. On the quest he and his cousin keep getting more and more dogs. A truly heart warming film with a great ending message. If you like dogs, this is one for you. If you like Yoo Yeon Seok from Hosptial Playlist, Dr Romantic, and Mr. Sunshine this is for you too.
The 50 Worst Movies Ever Made - on Amazon Prime Video.  This is awful and was made in 2004, watch something else.
Transformers: Rise of the Beasts - on Paramount+.  Another installment in the franchise. Bill liked it better than past ones and was pleased with how good it is.
Hijack on Apple TV+.  Stars Idris Elba and he's on a plane from Dubai to London when it gets hijacked. The series plans to tell the tale in real time over the 7 hour flight. Pattie's review is in Episode 220
